1.
KAP and PAP
PAP (Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy) is the practice of using psychedelic drugs in a controlled and safe setting for therapeutic benefits. In my practice, I support clients during their Ketamine journeys and throughout their integration process. Clients can have new revelations during the altered state of consciousness or understand life’s experiences in new ways. PAP can be very helpful for PTSD, anxiety, treatment resistant depression and trauma. I offer both individual and group processing experiences.
2.
Couples
Therapy
Couples therapy serves to understand and address interpersonal conflict, concerns, and dissatisfaction. Together we will work to improve communication, increase problem solving skills, strengthen intimacy, build connection, work through infidelity, and/or cope with life transitions (e.g., marriage, children, financial problems, illness, etc.). When necessary, we can also use these skills to manage separation or divorce.
3.
IFS
Therapy
IFS therapy is a profound and innovative approach that focuses on self-leadership. IFS views an individual’s internal system as made up of many different parts. At the core, we have the wise and compassionate Self. Often, it is hard to access this centered Self due to inner conflicting and wounded parts. IFS will help you release old patterns and emotions, which will give you an opportunity to lead from your centered Self and create more unity in your system.
4.
EMDR
Therapy
EMDR therapy is an evidence based psychotherapy proven to help heal trauma and other distressing life events. With EMDR, we can decrease, and sometimes even eliminate, symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, or panic disorder. Unlike psychotherapy, EMDR does not require individuals to talk about their trauma or stressful experiences in detail. Instead, EMDR allows the brain to naturally heal and resolve unprocessed trauma itself.
