Education
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My private practice is located in Downtown Washington, DC, and I am licensed in DC, Virginia, and Illinois. I graduated from the University of Miami with a BA in Psychology, and obtained my Masters of Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California.
Work
Prior to starting Nour Therapy in DC, I was a staff psychotherapist at the Downtown Women's Shelter in Los Angeles, I served as clinical staff at the Juvenile Detention Center in Morgan Hill, California, and I worked in private practice in Chicago.
I am specifically trained in IFS, EMDR and I also practice trauma-informed yoga as a certified yoga instructor.
