My Approach

Whether you're weighed down by a life transition, tension in a relationship, or unresolved trauma, therapy is an opportunity for you to reconnect with your body, regain control of your emotions, and get in touch with your thoughts and feelings. As your therapist, I am here to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can work toward achieving your goals.
Every client is different, which is why I customize treatments to best suit your needs. I most often use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, trauma informed yoga, and Grounding Techniques. My priority is to meet you where you are and tailor my services to needs as they arise.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and the services I provide include individual, family, and couples therapy. I also offer teletherapy if that best suits your therapeutic needs.
